Within this role, she is not serving as an employee, agent, or representative of any school district. All services provided by Mrs. Nelson are conducted under her practice, and she assumes sole responsibility for the nature, quality, and outcomes of these services. At no time shall her practice be construed as representing or reflecting the views, responsibilities, or policies of any school district.
